A popular condiment here in the Woodchip & Magnolia design studio, English Mustard is a sun-warmed golden yellow with a soft, creamy edge that brings brightness with an easy charm. Lively yet grounded, it’s a joyful addition to kitchens, dining areas or anywhere you'd like to invite energy and warmth. Its rich, sunny tone draws on retro influences but feels timeless — a striking choice for mid-century, eclectic or bohemian interiors, especially when paired with bold woods, leafy greens or vibrant textiles.

This luxury interior paint is a water-based, low-VOC matt emulsion, crafted with care for both sustainable living and beautiful results. Ideal for walls and ceilings, it delivers smooth, even coverage of up to 10m² per litre. It’s touch dry within 1–2 hours and ready for a second coat in just four — allowing your space to evolve with ease and confidence. English Mustard is vibrant, uplifting and endlessly cheerful.

Our luxury paint collection has been created to complement our wallpapers, murals and fabrics or to work individually on their own.

Available as a matt emulsion suitable for walls and ceilings.

All our paint is water-based and solvent-free meaning it’s kinder to you, your home and the environment.

Coverage: 10m2/L
Drying time: touch dry in 1-2 hours. Can be painted over after approx 4 hours. Hard dry overnight.

Colours on screen will vary from actual paint – we recommend ordering a real paint sample

Our paint samples are recyclable and have been hand-painted onto our wallpaper roll ends

We always recommend ordering samples of fabrics, wallpapers and paint before placing an order.

All fabric samples are provided on drapery fabric unless specified otherwise. If you require an upholstery fabric sample, please let us know.

MAX of 2 samples of the same design. We have the right to refund orders of multiple orders of the same design.
