Sample service

To order a sample, browse to the particular design you are interested in and click the 'Order Sample' on the drop down menu.

MAX 2 of the same design MAX of 1 of the same wall mural or Ava Marika design.

Wallpaper samples are full-width 52cm x 22cm in size

Ava Marika samples are 52cm x 52cm in size 

Wall Murals samples are 52cm x 52 cm in size 

Lots of our wallpapers have big pattern repeats so our samples will NOT show the full repeat

*Samples swatches are intended as a colour and texture sample ONLY and will not show the full design repeat.

All samples will be sent out by Second class Royal Mail. This means, unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking information with our sample orders, as it an untracked service.

*Please get in touch if you require a next day express sample delivery.

How do I order?

We prefer you to order via our website if for any reason you can't please ring us on 01254 702553

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our studio is open Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Bank holidays)  9 am until 5 pm so orders will only be processed during these times. 

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express

You can also choose to pay by PayPal express a PayPal button will display during checkout

You can also pay for your order ONLINE using Apple Pay and Google pay

For customers in the Netherlands we accept payment by iDEAL.

Wallpaper & Fabric Roll Orders.

We ship worldwide - Delivery charges are automatically calculated and applied at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order.

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our studio is open Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Bank holidays)  9 am until 5 pm so orders will only be processed during these times.

Once your order has been printed and is ready for dispatch you will automatically receive a track & trace number from UPS.

We ask you to sign for delivery

You have the option once you have received your UPS track & trace email to change the address or have delivered to your nearest access point so you don't need to stay in, life isn’t meant to be lived waiting for parcels.

Track your parcel once dispatched with UPS or via the email sent by UPS

Woodchip & Magnolia is not liable for any import or customs duties that may occur in the process of shipping internationally.

1. Fill in the returns form and press submit

2. Send your wallpaper roll/rolls back with your contact details and order number.

3. Returns are made at your own/customers expense we recommend that you use a secure trackable service e.g Royal Mail Special Delivery and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Wallpaper, wall mural and fabric rolls should be checked before cutting or hanging, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these papers.

Please Note: that we are unable to accept returns for any Bespoke Mural orders, samples or any other bespoke or customised products

Once we receive your parcel, we will refund your account within 14 working days after receipt of the parcel.

Please Note: it is important that the above process is followed for all product returns, any returns received outside of this process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email once your parcel is collected from us, you'll also receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your parcel.

Please Note - sample orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail so you will receive NO tracking information for these items.

Do you have a pattern book or catalogue of your wallpapers?

Unfortunately we do not have a pattern book or catalogue as our range is visually represented on the website.
