We want you to be entirely happy with your product and to make your wallpaper purchase as trouble-free as possible. Wallpaper is a very subjective product and it is difficult to imagine how the design will look until you see it literally on your wall. We know that sometimes when you receive your wallpaper that it may not look quite how you expected it to, particularly after a roll is opened. This is why our customers can enjoy our free UK returns service, even if the roll has been opened! 

This gives you an opportunity to have a good look at the wallpaper on your wall and if you’re not entirely happy with the way it looks you can return it to us free of charge!

If for any reason you need to return your purchase then this can be arranged (FREE OF CHARGE within the UK)

All returns need to be done within 14 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Wallpaper can be returned for up to 28 days after purchase but will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.



To return your items simply follow the below simple steps


1. Simply fill in and submit a RETURNS FORM 

2. We will email or post you a returns label you can then drop at a UPS access point at your convenience. Have a look at the link below for your nearest access point https://www.upstoday.com/couriers/ups-access-point



Once we receive your parcel, we will refund your account within 14 working days after receipt of the parcel.

Please Note: it is important that the above process is followed for all product returns, any returns received outside of this process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on samples of Wallpaper or any other bespoke or customised products.

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately we can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however, all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by either contacting us in writing and/or by sending us a message at Woodchip & Magnolia. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Woodchip & Magnolia, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within 7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at Woodchip & Magnolia Support and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.

All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days.
