Available in three sizes.

All of our furniture is handmade using solid timber and we are so confident in the quality that we offer a 25 year guarantee on the frames (allowing fair wear and tear) against faulty manufacture and in addition to this all other parts and materials are guaranteed for a period of 2 years.

    We ship worldwide - Delivery charges are automatically calculated and applied at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order.

    Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our studio is open Monday to Friday (Excluding UK Bank holidays)  9 am until 5 pm so orders will only be processed during these times.

    Once your order has been printed and is ready for dispatch you will automatically receive a track & trace number from UPS.

    We ask you to sign for delivery

    You have the option once you have received your UPS track & trace email to change the address or have delivered to your nearest access point so you don't need to stay in, life isn’t meant to be lived waiting for parcels.

    Track your parcel once dispatched with UPS or via the email sent by UPS

    Woodchip & Magnolia is not liable for any import or customs duties that may occur in the process of shipping internationally.

    All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

    Please Note: that we are unable to accept returns for any Bespoke Mural orders, samples or any other bespoke or customised products

     

    Wallpaper should be checked before cutting or hanging the rolls, as we will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging these papers.

    Once we receive your parcel, we will refund your account within 14 working days after receipt of the parcel.

    Please Note: it is important that the above process is followed for all product returns, any returns received outside of this process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.

    Cancelling Orders

    Unfortunately, we can't stop the delivery of goods once your payment has been confirmed, however all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by either contacting us in writing and/or by sending us a message at sales@woodchipandmagnolia.co.uk The goods will be deemed returned when received by Woodchip & Magnolia, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within 7 working days.

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at sales@woodchipandmagnolia.co.uk and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.

    All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days.
