FREE UK WALLPAPER RETURNS
If for any reason you need to return your purchase then this can be arranged FREE OF CHARGE.
All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
You refund will be with you within 14 working days of your return reaching us.

If you are returning wallpaper from outside of the UK, we suggest using an international courier.
All costs are the responsibility of the customer outside of the UK
UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THESE ITEMS:
Paint - which is made to order and not manufactured by ourselves
Fabric - which will have been printed and cut specifically to your requirements
Murals - which will have been printed and created specifically to your requirements
Bespoke wallpapers - which will have been printed and created specifically to your requirements.

CANCELLING ORDERS
If you have placed an order and it has not yet been processed, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team on 01254 241100 (Mon-Thursday). If you order has been processed, unfortunately we cannot stop the items being delivered. However, all customers have 14 days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This does however EXCLUDE those items which are customised or made to order which currently covers ALL Paints, Murals, Fabric and Wallpaper/paint Samples .
All our wallpapers are manufactured to order therefore returns /cancellations are mostly subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
To cancel an order that has been shipped, you can contact us in writing and/or by sending us a email. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Woodchip & Magnolia, and we will refund the monies as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days.
Please note, as all of our products are made to order, to your exact specifications, we can only offer a 48 hour cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us within 48 hours of ordering and choose the Made to Order Cancellation option, then we will cancel and refund this for you. It is not possible to cancel your order after the 48 hours have passed.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.
All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days.
