  • Follow the instructions and select the wallpaper rolls you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we suggest using an international courier. All costs are the responsibility of the customer. 


What items are returnable?

You can return wallpaper within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. All our products are manufactured to order hence processed orders might be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

• Unwanted wallpapers should be in an unopened, undamaged, sealed and in a fully re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following products: Samples, paint, fabric and wallpaper murals and any product that has been supplied to your exact specification.

Wallpaper, wall mural and fabric rolls should be checked before cutting and hanging, as we cannot accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. With paint check colour accuracy before applying paint as we are not liable for the cost of redecorating due to application of incorrect colour or the failure to follow manufacturers instruction. We cannot refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging papers or after fabrics have been cut and made up into blinds, curtains etc.

Are there any charges for return?

  • We offer FREE wallpaper returns within the UK with Collect+


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Cancelling orders- prior to dispatch

Please note that as all our products are made to order and we pride ourselves in manufacturing orders quickly (to be dispatched within 24 hours) we can only offer a 12 hours cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your order, simply contact us at

If you wish to cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase and your order has been manufactured but has not yet been dispatched there will be a 20% restocking fee.

As it is not possible to cancel your order after it has been dispatched. Please refer to the Returns policy. 

Orders that have been made to your exact specification cannot be cancelled after the payment has been taken.
