Shipping & Delivery

We are the creators, designers and manufacturers of every wallpaper, mural, paint and fabric we sell, each one made by us, in house, especially for you. Because nothing sits on a shelf, here's exactly how and when your order reaches you.

UK delivery at a glance

We make everything ourselves, Monday to Thursday. Once your order is made and dispatched, delivery is next working day.

*A little longer for larger or more complex murals. Delivery costs are calculated by size and weight and confirmed at checkout. Our design studio works Monday to Thursday, so design and production times are counted in those days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and some remote postcodes may take a little longer, and any surcharge is calculated and shown at checkout.

At busy times, please allow a little longer. During peak periods, Christmas and around bank holidays, our design and manufacturing times may extend beyond those above. We'll always work to get your order to you as quickly as we can, and we'll let you know if anything affects your timing.

Wallpaper

Free UK delivery, with no minimum spend. We design and print every roll ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 2 to 3 working days. Once made and dispatched, delivery is next working day, tracked.

Murals

Free UK delivery, with no minimum spend. We design and print every mural ourselves, Monday to Thursday, usually within 3 working days, a little longer for larger or more complex designs. Once made and dispatched, delivery is next working day, tracked.

Paint (UK only)

£5 next-day UK delivery. We mix every tin ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 2 working days, then dispatch it tracked for next-working-day delivery. Paint is available for UK delivery only.

Fabric

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then dispatch it tracked for next-working-day delivery.

Samples

Our samples are sent free in the UK with Royal Mail. Please note this is an untracked service with no tracking number, unless you select a Royal Mail tracked option at checkout. As samples are ready to send, they're not made to order, so they're on their way to you quickly.

International delivery

We're happy to ship worldwide. International orders take 2 to 10 working days and are sent tracked, Delivery Duty Paid, so all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay, no surprise charges on arrival. International samples are sent with Royal Mail.

Paint, and paint peel and stick samples, are available for UK delivery only.

A few last things

  • You'll receive dispatch confirmation by email when your order leaves us.
  • Our design studio works Monday to Thursday, so design and production times are counted in those days. Delivery timings begin from dispatch, not from when you place your order.
  • Please check your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, let us know within 14 days and we'll put it right.
  • If your order hasn't arrived when you expected it, get in touch at hello@woodchipandmagnolia.co.uk and we'll help track it down.
