Alcea Grey Mist Linen Fabric is a delicate celebration of botanical beauty, where airy blooms of hollyhock drift across a soft pearl-grey base. Gentle cream, stone, and dove-toned petals are sketched with painterly grace, giving the piece a washed, vintage quality evocative of pressed flowers and faded summer gardens. The natural linen ground allows light to touch the surface softly, adding dimension and a relaxed fluidity ideal for spaces that favour understated elegance.

Perfect for flowing curtains, light upholstery or scatter cushions in neutral schemes, this designer fabric lends subtle character without overwhelming a room. Available in None FR for domestic furnishing, Standard FR (BS 5852:1) for general upholstery and commercial drapery, or Crib 5 (BS 5852:2006 Clause 11) for hospitality and contract settings, it offers both beautiful texture and practical reassurance.

Technical Specifications

Our linen fabric is a heavy weight polyester with a linen look and feel. It’s made from 48% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester requires less energy to produce whilst also giving a second life to plastic bottles which would end up in landfill. Our recycled polyester uses certified Repreve yarns. Repreve yarns contain a DNA marker called FiberPrint which is used to identify and certify the yarns. Free from harmful chemicals and safe for human and environmental health.

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then next-day tracked delivery. International 2 to 10 working days, duties included.

As our fabric is printed and cut to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns once it's made. Please order a sample first, and do check colour and quantity before cutting. Anything faulty, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right
