Sweet yet structured, Battenberg Denim Blue Linen Fabric brings a playful twist to classic geometry. Inspired by the much-loved British cake, its bold checkerboard print layers deep navy with soft sky blue in a crisp, alternating rhythm. The matte finish and dry handle of the linen allow the design’s clean lines to take centre stage, offering a graphic yet inviting look. At once nostalgic and contemporary, it suits modern coastal retreats just as well as upbeat urban schemes.

Perfect as an upholstery fabric or curtain fabric, it adds charm to cushions, drapery, or statement accent chairs. Available in None FR for residential furnishings, Standard FR (BS 5852:1) for upholstery or commercial curtains, and Crib 5 (BS 5852:2006 Clause 11) for contract upholstery—this designer linen fabric is as practical as it is moreish.

Technical Specifications

Our linen fabric is a heavy weight polyester with a linen look and feel. It’s made from 48% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester requires less energy to produce whilst also giving a second life to plastic bottles which would end up in landfill. Our recycled polyester uses certified Repreve yarns. Repreve yarns contain a DNA marker called FiberPrint which is used to identify and certify the yarns. Free from harmful chemicals and safe for human and environmental health.

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then next-day tracked delivery. International 2 to 10 working days, duties included.

As our fabric is printed and cut to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns once it's made. Please order a sample first, and do check colour and quantity before cutting. Anything faulty, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right
