Maurice Duck Egg Blue Linen Fabric evokes the tranquil elegance of Eastern artistry, featuring finely illustrated cranes poised amongst blossoming branches and delicate foliage. Inspired by hand-painted Byōbu screens, the design carries a timeless chinoiserie sensibility, where every soft grey feather and pale blossom is rendered with a serene sense of balance. The pastel duck egg ground lends a misty stillness, gently lifting the botanical forms while enhancing the natural texture of the linen.

Perfect for creating restful, layered interiors, this designer linen fabric makes an exquisite choice for curtain fabric, soft furnishings, and occasional upholstery. Its airy drape and matte surface bring sophistication to heritage-inspired or eclectic schemes. Maurice is offered in three finish options: untreated for residential use, Standard FR (BS 5852:1) for domestic upholstery or commercial drapery, and Crib 5 (BS 5852:2006 Clause 11) for hospitality-grade upholstery projects.

Technical Specifications

Our linen fabric is a heavy weight polyester with a linen look and feel. It’s made from 48% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester requires less energy to produce whilst also giving a second life to plastic bottles which would end up in landfill. Our recycled polyester uses certified Repreve yarns. Repreve yarns contain a DNA marker called FiberPrint which is used to identify and certify the yarns. Free from harmful chemicals and safe for human and environmental health.

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then next-day tracked delivery. International 2 to 10 working days, duties included.

As our fabric is printed and cut to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns once it's made. Please order a sample first, and do check colour and quantity before cutting. Anything faulty, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right
