Inspired by the weathered beauty of aged iron along Manchester’s Castlefield Viaduct, Rubigo Lemon Steel is a linen fabric that captures time’s quiet transformation. Its geometric motif — evoking stylised clouds or waves — repeats in a harmonious rhythm across a backdrop of soft pastel blue, interwoven with warm cream to create a gentle, quirky contrast. The matte finish of the linen enhances the crisp detailing and imparts a tactile quality that suits both modern and retro-inspired interiors.

Technical Specifications

Our linen fabric is a heavy weight polyester with a linen look and feel. It’s made from 48% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester requires less energy to produce whilst also giving a second life to plastic bottles which would end up in landfill. Our recycled polyester uses certified Repreve yarns. Repreve yarns contain a DNA marker called FiberPrint which is used to identify and certify the yarns. Free from harmful chemicals and safe for human and environmental health.

Care Instructions

We recommend 180 degrees and 80 seconds dwell time Machine wash at or below 30C Do not bleach Do not tumble dry Iron at low temperature Professional dry clean with any solvent except trichloroethylene.

FABRIC — Delivery & Returns

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then next-day tracked delivery. International 2 to 10 working days, duties included.

As our fabric is printed and cut to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns once it's made. Please order a sample first, and do check colour and quantity before cutting. Anything faulty, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right
