Rubigo Moss Green Velvet Fabric reimagines the passage of time through pattern and tone, taking inspiration from the weathered ironwork of Manchester’s Castlefield Viaduct. A rhythmic, maze-like motif echoes the twisting structures of the former railway, softened by a palette of muted teal and sage green. Rich and textural, the velvet catches the light with refined lustre, enhancing its structured geometric design with gentle movement.

This mid-century influenced upholstery fabric brings quiet drama to contemporary or minimalist schemes, perfectly suited for curtains, cushions and bespoke furniture. Available in None FR for residential drapery, Standard FR for upholstered pieces and commercial curtains (BS 5852:1), and Crib 5 for enhanced performance in hospitality settings (BS 5852:2006 Clause 11), Rubigo balances industrial memory with timeless elegance.

Technical Specifications

Our linen fabric is a heavy weight polyester with a linen look and feel. It’s made from 48% recycled polyester. Recycled polyester requires less energy to produce whilst also giving a second life to plastic bottles which would end up in landfill. Our recycled polyester uses certified Repreve yarns. Repreve yarns contain a DNA marker called FiberPrint which is used to identify and certify the yarns. Free from harmful chemicals and safe for human and environmental health.

£13 UK delivery. We print and cut every length ourselves, Monday to Thursday, within 4 working days, then next-day tracked delivery. International 2 to 10 working days, duties included.

As our fabric is printed and cut to order especially for you, we're unable to accept returns once it's made. Please order a sample first, and do check colour and quantity before cutting. Anything faulty, tell us within 14 days and we'll put it right
